The club is run by its members under its own written rules.
- Officers look after the day-to-day work: recording contributions, keeping the books and answering members’ questions.
- Two people for important steps. Changes that matter are made by one officer and approved by another.
- The board oversees the officers and approves the decisions the rules reserve for it.
- Open records. Every change is logged, and each member can see their own account at any time.
